If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return for a refund within 14 days, or for an exchange or credit within 30 days from the original purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn*, unwashed with all tags and stickers still attached and the invoice/packing slip included. You must email us with your order number to receive an RMA number.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
We'll also accept the return of defective or incorrect** merchandise. You must email us immediately with details.

Returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address below with the RMA number clearly written outside of the package. We recommend shipping your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept CODs.

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction is processed. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Please note all refunds, returns or exchanges for items purchased through a retail store must be handled by the original location of purchase.
*Unworn items are in new condition with the original tags. Returns will not be accepted and we will not be responsible for returned goods if the item has been worn or is not in the condition in which it was received.
